The design is guided by a singular ambition: to seamlessly merge the region’s architectural heritage with a modern, forward-looking identity—creating spaces that are both timeless and relevant.

At the heart of the design lies a deliberate pursuit of harmony between heritage and modernity. The architecture and interiors draw inspiration from the region’s cultural legacy, translating it into a sophisticated, contemporary language. The result is a unique living environment where tradition is not replicated, but elegantly reimagined—offering residents a sense of authenticity, identity, and elevated comfort. Designed as an extension of the city itself, the project maintains a dynamic connection to the urban fabric around the clock. By day, it fosters openness, movement, and social interaction, seamlessly blending into the everyday life of the neighborhood. By night, it reveals a more atmospheric character—where soft illumination, layered façades, and curated lighting create a refined presence within the cityscape. 

The living environment evolves with time, offering a distinct identity from sunrise to evening. At night, the building transforms into a warm and inviting presence, where the illuminated canopy and softly backlit steel screens create a welcoming ambiance. Inspired by traditional Hijazi architectural patterns, these metal screens take on a new character after dark—casting depth, texture, and intricate shadows that enrich the façade and create a more engaging and visually captivating identity.
